Chair Volleyball

More fun than you can possibly stand – while seated! Come enjoy this fun-filled game with a beach ball. Chair volleyball is great for upper body mobility and joint flexibility. It enhances your muscle tone, reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. The game is played with a beach ball and a five foot high net. Rules are similar to regular volleyball.

Whether you are new to Medicare or a long-time participant, it’s important to get the facts so that you can make informed decisions. A Medicare Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP, Inc.) representative will answer your Medicare questions, help fill out forms, and assist with evaluating Medigap supplemental plans, Medicare Advantage and long-term care insurance policies. Items such as canes, walkers, wheelchairs, bathing aids and protective garments are available for older adults in need. Transportation Services

Let Us Do the Driving!

The City of Novi’s Senior Transportation Program provides specialized transportation for residents of Novi ages 55 and older, or those younger than 55 with a limiting disability. The service cannot accommodate children. Vehicles are scheduled based on the needs of each passenger, location, time and the use of a lift-equipped bus, van or car. Trips are scheduled in the mostefficient, cost-effective way using specific parameters that schedules multiple riders in the same vehicle at the same time.

Be independent and continue a healthy, active lifestyle. Rides available for medical appointments, shopping, enrichment and fitness classes, afternoon of playing cards or special events, going to the Novi Public Library, Meadowbrook Activity Center or Novi Civic Center.

Mon-Fri, 8am-7pm (last pick-up 6:30pm in Novi or 6pm out of Novi)
Saturday, 9am-3pm (last pick-up 2:30pm)
