Items such as canes, walkers, wheelchairs, bathing aids and protective garments are available for older adults in need. Available items change constantly. It is important you call ahead to ensure that we have the item(s) that you need and to arrange for a contactless pick-up. Equipment donations are accepted based on need. Let Us Do the Driving!
Be independent and continue a healthy, active lifestyle. Community-based curb-to-curb transportation service to medical appointments, shopping, work and more is provided to residents 55+ or with a limiting disability. There is no charge for rides within the City of Novi and a $5 one-way fee outside the City of Novi within
a 10-mile range.

NEW - Diabetes PATH

Join us for a group-based, structured lifestyle change program for people who are at risk or have prediabetes. Group meets for 16 weekly sessions and six monthly follow-up sessions. This program helps you make lifestyle changes to reduce your risk for Type 2 diabetes. You must have risk factors or a diagnosis of prediabetes to meet the class requirements.
