The Building Authority is a Commission that oversees the issuance
of financing bonds for special projects within the City of Novi.
A recent project is the Meadowbrook Commons Senior Center. A
project currently under development is the new Novi Public Library.
The Building Authority has been conducting regular meetings on
the new Novi Public Library. Since the November 2007 election
when the Library bond passed, Diamond and Schmitt has been hired and
things are moving forward. Upcoming and historical meeting
information is posted on this page.
