Human Resource Specialist
This position is responsible for a wide range
of HR functions including but not limited to health
insurance/flexible benefit plans, labor negotiations, risk
management including workers’ compensation,
interviewing/testing/hiring, Wellness Program, and employee
relations (285 FTE + 150 PTE). Qualifications include: BA/BS Degree
in HR or closely related field, 5+ years progressive HR experience,
self-motivated, superior communication skills, problem solver,
ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Reports to HR
Director. Prior municipal experience preferred. Salary range $49,246
- $64,021 DOQ with a comprehensive benefit package. Submit completed
