Fire Station No. 2 Addition and Alterations

Protecting the health, safety and welfare of our community members is the top priority of the City of Novi and last spring City Council approved more than $750,000 in the fiscal year 2007-2008 Budget for improvements to Fire Station #2, located on Thirteen Mile Road, just west of Novi Road. 

The City of Novi began renovations in summer 2006 on Fire Station #2. Renovations will include an approximate 1,000-square-foot addition to the building and improved parking, in addition to many enhancements to the functionality of the facility’s interior.  Improvements are scheduled for completion in late fall 2008. 

A Public Information Meeting was held on April 3, 2008. Fire Department staff, as well as architect and construction representatives, were on hand to share renovation plans and answer questions regarding the project.
