The City Manager is the chief administrative officer for the City of
Novi and is responsible for all city departments. The City
Manager attends all City Council meetings and reports directly to
the City Council on all city matters. Among other duties, this
office is charged with the preparation and submittal of the Annual
Budget and Capital Program, reports regularly on the financial
operations of the city and maintains active membership in various
civic organizations. Novi's City Manager is Clay J. Pearson

The Director of Communications responsible for all of Novi’s
monthly government access cable television programming, website
development and maintenance, production of the city calendar and
annual report, community newsletters, media relations and press
releases, a wide variety of promotional city events and displays and
general inquiry fulfillment. The
