REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION

The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner=s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.

No person , other than a Commission member , shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

ZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.600

The proposed rezoning of 19.49 acres in Section 1, located south of Fourteen Mile Road and west of M-5. The applicant is seeking a positive rezoning recommendation from Residential Acreage (RA) to One Family Residential District (R-4) or any other appropriate zoning district.

ZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.601

The proposed rezoning of 100.47 acres in Section 1, located north of Thirteen Mile Road and east of Meadowbrook Road. The applicant is seeking a positive rezoning recommendation from Residential Acreage (RA) to One Family Residential District (R-1) or any other appropriate zoning district.

WEST MARKET SQUARE OUTLOT RETAIL EAST SP 00-24

This retail center project is located in Section 12, on the northwest corner of Grand River and Beck Roads. The proposed development is in a Community Business District (B-2). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval subject to ZBA Interior Landscaping Variance.
