AUDIENCE COMMENT - In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments and the five-minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group.

CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-S) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

1. Approval of Mayor's Exchange dates to host Orland Park, IL on May 1-2, travel to Tinley Park, IL on July 24-25, and host Tinley Park, IL on August 14-15, in 2011.

2. Consideration of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Novi and the Michigan Opportunities and Resources for Entrepreneurs Program (MORE) to promote the Statewide Entrepreneurship Support System. (Economic Development Strategy No. 6A).

Approval of Interagency Agreement between Wayne County and the City of Novi for Rouge River National Wet Weather Demonstration Project Round X - Part B Funding for Regional Basin Retrofit Projects (Leavenworth, Lexington Green and Thornton Regional Stormwater Detention Basins) to allow the award of a federal storm water facility improvement grant. The grant award amount is $202,500 with a local match of $202,500 from the City's Drain Fund.
