Roselle received his award at MWEA’s Annual Conference at Shanty Creek Resort in Bellaire, Michigan from MWEA President Tim Lynch who noted “clean, fresh water is vital for our survival and economic viability, which brings to prominence that our roles as clean water professionals are of utmost importance.”

Work Leader Scott Roselle is a 20 year veteran of the City of Novi’s Public Services Department and received this prestigious state-wide award in large part because of the key role he fulfills in the development and implementation of Novi’s ongoing sanitary sewer Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) program. CMOM is a program regulated by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency to ensure that the City’s sanitary sewage collection system is being operated and maintained efficiently and effectively.

“Scott continues to demonstrate his drive for success and a deep passion for his profession,” said Novi’s Director of Public Services Rob Hayes. “He is a great asset not only to DPS’s Water & Sewer Division, but to the City of Novi overall.”
