Novi Civic Dance
Chelsea Radgens has been instructing youth dance programs for the City of Novi for three years. This year she has been joined by Nicole Ross to provide a variety of dance classes for ages 2-9. The program just completed its first ever recital and is looking forward to another in May. Over the summer Chelsea teaches fun dance camps such as Princess Ballet and Pom.
Winter-Spring 2018 Schedule
A recital for youth dance classes will take place at the Novi Civic Center on May 20. This is optional for dancers in Tap and Toes, Princess Ballet, Ballet I, Tap I, Jazz, and Hip Hop. There is a recital registration fee for participants of $45 and more details will be available from the teachers after classes begin.
Ballet Folklorico Mexico Lindo
This Mexican folk dance group has been practicing and performing together for ten years and in Novi for three. Led by instructors Elsa Carrera and Carolina Harris, the group rehearses weekly and performs several times per year at various local events. All experience levels are welcome in this program.
Polynesian Dancers of Michigan
This group has been dancing in the Metro Detroit area for several years and just started in Novi in 2017. Led by instructor Pamela Gibson, the dancers rehearse weekly and perform in an annual recital. New dancers welcome.
